Do you ship worldwide?
No, only to Norway.
Where do you ship from?
We have a warehouse in Europe, but we ship from Hong Kong if there are no products left at the warehouse in Europe.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during official holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday, please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and shipped the day after processing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, it may take between 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.
Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
All prices on our website are shown in Norwegian kroner and include applicable value added tax (VAT). Our company is responsible for ensuring that taxes and duties are handled correctly, so VAT is already included in the price upon purchase.
We arrange for your order to be delivered directly to you without incurring any additional costs upon delivery, such as customs or clearance fees. In other words: no additional bills costs for you.
If, against all odds, you are contacted by the carrier or customs, we recommend that you contact us before making any payment. We will be happy to assist you to ensure smooth and fair processing.
